We wholeheartedly value your privacy rights. There are a few ways that we receive information about you. First, we receive your name and email address when you sign up for our newsletter. Our newsletter includes marketing and promotional information related to Philip Shepherd and his workshop offerings and events. Please be aware that we do not share our newsletter list with any other companies or individuals. When you sign up for our newsletter, you are sent a confirmation from our Email Service Provider- Mailchimp. You can ask us to stop sending you messages at any time by following the opt-out links on any newsletter sent, or by emailing us directly at email@example.com. We will attend to your request at the first available opportunity and remove you from the list.
The second way that we receive information about you, is when you email us with an inquiry on the Contact page. Contact form submissions are stored in the website database at our host- HostUpon, and a copy is emailed to us. If requested by you at firstname.lastname@example.org, we can delete that information.
The third way that we receive information about you is when you fill out the sign-up form for a course. Sign-up information is sent to us via email and stored on the website data base at our host- HostUpon. We retain this information for taxation related reasons.
